  • Where are you based?

I am based just outside of Reading in a town called Arborfield.

  • What are your payment terms?

A deposit is taken when you book your appointment. The amount depends on what you are booking for.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

All booking deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you need to rearrange your appointment, please do so within 48 of your appointment to avoid loss of deposit.

  • What happens if I am running late for my appointment?

I allow up to 15 minutes and any longer I am unable to carry out the treatment and will require another deposit.

  • Can I have any of these treatments pregnant?

Unfortunately, you are unable to have any permanent make up treatments whilst pregnant or breastfeeding due to the change in hormones.

Semi Permanent Brows

  • How long do brows take?

A time of 2 hours will be allocated to your appointment. This allows time for consultation and treatment to ensure clients are content with the result.

  • I've had brows done by someone else before, can I come to you?

Absolutely! Please be aware, there will be a change in price to this as I will be fixing work.

  • Does it hurt?

With the help of topical anaesthetics there is minimal discomfort. Some clients feel nothing more than a prickly sensation.

  • What will it look like after the procedure?

Immediately after the treatment the colour will look slightly darker initially but will lighten down to the desired shade within 5-7 days.

  • How long will my new brows last?

Semi permanent make up usually lasts between 1 to 3 years, depending on your age, skin type and the main factor, exposure to UV rays from the sun or tanning beds.

A top up is suggested every 6 to 12 months to keep your make up looking fresh.

  • How should I prepare for my appointment?

Wash your hair the night before your appointment. No caffeine or alcohol at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • What is the after care?

Your new brows will take 2 weeks roughly to heal so you should keep the area dry and clean.

Apply ointment given at the appointment once a day. Thorough aftercare will be given at your appointment.

Lip Blush

  • How should I prepare for my appointment?

Lightly exfoliate lips at least 2 days prior to get rid of any dry skin, apply lots of balm to them to keep them hydrated before your appointment.

  • Does lip blushing hurt?

Pain levels vary from person to person. Strong medical grade topical anesthetic cream is used before and during your procedure to keep you as pain free as possible.

  • Will I still have to wear lipstick?

This is up to the look each individual is trying to achieve.

The colours I tattoo with are natural and intended to look very natural. I can certainly enhance your natural colour or add colour if your lacking, or add a specific tint that your looking for, but it remains soft and natural.

That way when you do decide to change it up and want to wear lipstick it will still look great over top, and can cover you tattoo with whatever colour we decide to use.

  • How long does lip blush last?

Results will always vary from person to person, after your initial session and the touch up, your results should last between 2-5 years.

Additional touch ups may be required depending on the person and look desired. Permanent makeup ink is not the same as body art ink, and by design it does not last as long as body art ink.

  • What is the aftercare?

I will give you a balm to apply after the treatment is complete, keep them clean and avoid picking at. them. Be prepared for possible swelling. Your lips will take roughly 5/6 days to heal.

Laser Tattoo Removal

  • How many sessions do I need?

    Unfortunately, everyone is different.

We wont know until we have seen how well the area responds to laser during your appointment.

  • Does it leave a scar?

No it does not, the laser is gentle and used at the correct frequency.

  • Do I have to have a patch test?

Yes, we can then see how the pigment reacts.

  • What is the after care?

Keep the area dry for at least 3 hours and keep hydrated.
